Hello,

At Colette Lynch Counseling PLLC, I offer professional counseling services in a safe and nurturing environment. My focus is on neurodivergent clients and individuals of all ages. I especially love working with adolescents and teens! My practice blends a mixture of Narrative Therapy, Compassion-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT coping mechanisms, and parts work.

 

I am dedicated to providing high-quality and personalized counseling services to meet the diverse needs of my clients. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington who has been working in this career since 2021, before that I worked in behavioral health and taught Kindergarten.
